    "Can't Hold Back"

Eddie Money returns with his 1986 release, Can't Hold Back, featuring some popular hits at the time -- "Take Me Home Tonight" with Ronnie Spector, and ""I Wanna Go Back."

"One Love" has a very laid back pop style, a very pleasant song, easily recognizing Eddie Money's voice and smooth style. Likewise, the popular hit "I Wanna Go Back" has a nice pop style. "Endless Nights" also rings a bell, as I remember hearing this song get some airplay.

The laid back pop style (with a bit of a rock edge) returns with "One Chance," The rockin' style (especially heard on his self-titled album) is heard on "We Should Be Sleeping." Likewise, the rockin' Eddie Money style is heard on another song, "Bring On The Rain." The laid back style returns on "I Can't Hold Back." "Stranger In A Strange Land" has a very 1980s pop style. "Calm Before The Storm" rings bells also, as it was the flip side of the 45 single of "Take Me Home Tonight."

Can't Hold Back is a very pop rock album. It has a laid back style, likewise the traditional rockers Eddie Money is known for. His self-titled debut is still his best, yet Can't Hold Back does have its fine moments.
