    "Dustin Lynch"

Dustin Lynch is a Country singer, and made his debut in 2012 - Dustin Lynch. It reached #1 on Billboard's Country albums chart. It achieved three Country hits, "Cowboys And Angels" (#2), "She Cranks My Tractor" (#29), and "Wild In Your Smile" (#32). He's released four albums and one EP, of which eight songs did reach #1, on Billboard's Country Airplay. The Country Airplay chart began in 2021.

Now, with this "new Country artist" appearing in 2012, the question is, "Is Dustin Lynch Country?" The answer is... YES.

Every song IS considered "Country." And thankfully, Dustin Lynch can be recommended as a "Country artist." His debut album gets the nod this week, and it definitely can have any Country fan enjoy this Country album.

Opening the album is one of the three hit singles, and it represents one of many songs about... Tractors. To name a few, other Country artists have recorded Tractor tunes - Jason Aldean, Rodney Atkins, Kenny Chesney. Add Dustin's name to that list, and just as those mentioned who had their own Tractor tunes, they are exceptionally good, including Lynch's "She Cranks My Tractor." "Waiting" is a little mellower than the opening track, yet it's a good Country sounding tune. The #2 "Cowboys ANd Angels" is a good ballad. A good ballad, with good sound, and Lynch's voice is good. Counry good.

"Wild In Your Smile" is good Rockin' Country! "Last Lap" is another jumpin' good tune, likewise more good Country gets "Sittin' Pretty." "Yeah Yeah Yeah" is Yeah... good Country. Groovin' Country has "Unwind It." "Hurricane" is a good mellow tune, and good ol' head-boppin' Rock/Country gets "Dancing In THe Headlights."

"Name On It" -- Yes, put the Country name on this one. Ending the album is a bonus track, "Your Plan." It's a nice pleasant Country song. Kenny Chesney'ish.

Did I mention this is a Country album?

Dustin Lynch's self-titled albums is a very good Country album. His voice sounds Country as well. You can add his name to the other most recent Country artists, such as Dierks Bentley, Josh Turner, Jason Aldean, Brad Paisley. As mentioned, he has had four albums, and only his debut made #1. Originally, Lynch was a medical science major. He graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. Lipscomb was near the Bluebird Cafe,, where he would play there learn songwriting while attending college. Although med school was his first choice, he decided that music would be his career. Music.. Country Music.

His fifth album, titled Blue In The Sky is to be released in February, 2022.
